Job Description

We are in search of a proficient Human Resources Manager who is passionate about enhancing workplace dynamics through effective HR strategies. The ideal candidate will spearhead recruitment, talent management, and employee relations to ensure our workforce is motivated and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR department in strategy development and execution.
  • Implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and regulations.
  • Cultivate a diverse and inclusive hiring environment.
  • Create initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct talent reviews to identify succession planning needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Develop compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
  • Enhance employee development through mentoring programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in HR management or related field
