Software Tester

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Software Tester to join our talented Quality Assurance team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, working with various testing frameworks to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integration tests to validate software functionality.
• Identify, document, and report bugs to the development team.
• Provide feedback on system and user interface design.
• Assist in setting up testing environments and tools.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication

Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking tools: Familiarity with managing test cases and defect reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies: Experience in Agile environments and Scrum practices.
