Job Description

In this role as an Investment Banking Analyst based in Cape Town, you will be instrumental in executing financial transactions, performing due diligence, and preparing presentations for clients. Your strong quantitative and analytical abilities will be critical in evaluating potential investment opportunities, and you'll work closely with various stakeholders to support the firm's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare valuations and financial models to assess investment opportunities.
• Research market trends to identify potential deal opportunities.
• Assist in the execution of deals from start to finish.
• Participate in due diligence processes and financial assessments.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate transactions.
• Provide analytical support for various banking products and services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
