We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in the design and execution of studies that advance healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient recruitment and retention strategies to ensure study objectives are met.
• Compile and maintain accurate records and data relevant to each clinical trial.
• Work closely with the data management team to ensure quality control.
• Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and presentations.
• Implement corrective actions where necessary in response to monitoring reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacology

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical trials management
