Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated Systems Administrator to manage and support our IT systems at Tech Innovations Inc. This role entails maintaining server environments, managing network resources, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in IT infrastructure and is eager to learn about emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence of IT systems through regular monitoring and tuning.
• Assist with planning and implementing system upgrades and migrations.
• Manage antivirus and security systems to protect against unauthorized access.
• Collaborate with external vendors for specialized IT services.
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation for supported systems.
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance on all IT hardware.
• Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Respond to unexpected service interruptions and outages as they occur.
• Facilitate training sessions for new employees on system usage.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience with a focus on systems and networks
