Job Description

As an Ophthalmic Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks and testing of ophthalmic products before they reach our customers. This role requires keen attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring that all products meet established standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks on ophthalmic products prior to release.
  • Perform standard tests according to established protocols.
  • Document and analyse test results, ensuring accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues.
  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated and in good working order.
  • Assist in creating new testing protocols and updating existing ones.
  • Educate team members on testing techniques and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Quality Assurance or related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in testing and quality control.
