This role involves providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that systems operate seamlessly. The ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with network management.
• Assist in maintaining user documentation and training materials.
• Work with vendors and suppliers for hardware repairs and purchases.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of IT support best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or a similar field
• Bachelor's degree in IT is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in technical support roles
