We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. This role involves providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that systems operate seamlessly. The ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with network management.
  • Assist in maintaining user documentation and training materials.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers for hardware repairs and purchases.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of IT support best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or a similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support roles
