Job Description

As a Structural Engineer in Bloemfontein, you will utilize your engineering expertise to develop and optimize structures for safety and efficiency. Your role includes conducting thorough assessments and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating structural designs.
• Conduct inspections of existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs.
• Participate in meetings with clients to discuss project requirements.
• Develop budgets and estimates for structural projects.
• Manage project timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
• Investigate structural failures and propose remedial measures.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and project constraints.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline
• A Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in related field
