Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and review relevant historical data.

• Resolve underwriting disputes and provide explanations when necessary.
• Train and mentor new underwriting staff to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in underwriting or related field

• Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) Certification
