Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide insights through meticulous financial modelling and reporting, driving strategic decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in strategic planning by providing financial insights.
• Prepare and present analytical reports on profitability and expenditures.
• Collaborate with external auditors and manage audit preparation.
• Support the treasury function with cash flow forecasting.
• Train and mentor junior finance staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a financial analysis role
