As an Interior Designer at Creative Spaces Ltd., you'll play a key role in developing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will involve project management, client liaison, and ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and practical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into innovative design solutions.
• Work closely with architects and builders to integrate the design into construction.
• Conduct research to source products and materials that meet project requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Document project phases and maintain records of all designs and revisions.
• Attend design expos and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers for sourcing materials.
• Adapt designs to fit evolving client needs and project constraints.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential design

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Rendering

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
