Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and projects. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficiency and quality in all our engineering endeavors, contributing to both large-scale and smaller projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process for electrical components.
• Manage small to medium-sized project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to engineering specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of engineering projects.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes proactively.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Support sustainability initiatives in engineering practices.
• Design and execute tests to validate electrical designs.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Prepare grant applications and funding proposals for new initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.

Experience

• 5 years of demonstrable experience in electrical engineering
