Job Description

As an Actuary at Financial Services Group, you'll leverage your analytical skills to evaluate financial risks. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial data analyses to improve decision-making processes.
• Design and implement actuarial models for various financial products.
• Support the development of new insurance products through in-depth analysis.
• Monitor and audit existing pricing and risk strategies for efficacy.
• Advise management on potential risks and return on investment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Qualified Actuary (FASSA, SOA) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in actuarial roles

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to actuarial work: Familiarity with legislation impacting the actuarial practice in South Africa.
