We are seeking a passionate Environmental Consultant to join our Durban office. In this role, you'll be responsible for advising clients on environmental best practices, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation. Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit environmental reports to government bodies.
• Advise on the development of eco-friendly policies.
• Review and negotiate contracts relating to environmental services.
• Conduct research on environmental trends and technologies.
• Help clients achieve ISO 14001 certification.
• Support in the implementation of corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Draft and review environmental policies and procedures.
• Engage in local and national environmental initiatives.
• Advise on sustainability reporting and assessment tools.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, or related field
• Postgraduate studies in a relevant field are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of consulting experience with a focus on environmental sustainability

• LEED Green Associate
