Responsibilities

• Research and analyze user needs and behaviors.
• Develop and iterate on wireframes and prototypes based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with other designers and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to team discussions about product and design strategies.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles

Technical Skills

• User Experience Design
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Adaptability

Certifications

• UX Design Professional Certificate
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile UX design: Knowledge of designing for mobile platforms and apps.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics): Understanding of metrics and analytics to inform design decisions.
