UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Durban. In this role, you will work closely with our product and development teams to create user-friendly and engaging digital experiences. Your designs will focus on improving the overall usability and effectiveness of our products, and you'll play a key role in ensuring user satisfaction through effective design approaches.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate user experience across different digital platforms.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups to support project goals.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management.
• Gather and analyze data from user testing to inform design decisions.
• Refine, enhance and document design processes.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Engage with stakeholders to advocate for user-centered design principles.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design or related field
