We're on the lookout for a meticulous Machine Spring Former who will be responsible for producing top-notch springs using specialized machinery. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with precision tools to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Use spring-forming machines to create precise springs following detailed specifications.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all spring products.
• Maintain clear records of production metrics and machine performance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Adapt to changing production needs and specifications.
• Promote workplace safety and engage in health and safety training.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve production issues.
• Communicate with other departments for efficient workflow.
• Provide feedback on equipment and process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metalworking or manufacturing environments

Languages
