Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at Digital Solutions Group, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content strategies to amplify our clients' online presence. You will manage all social media channels, develop campaigns, and ensure a cohesive brand voice across platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and adept at using data to drive engagement and growth in various social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute social media campaigns to promote our clients’ products and services.
  • Craft captivating visuals and copy for posts across various platforms.
  • Utilize analytics to measure success and adapt strategies for optimal engagement.
  • Respond to customer comments and inquiries effectively and professionally.
  • Work with designers to create social media graphics and videos.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure our strategies remain ahead.
  • Train and support junior staff in social media best practices.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for campaigns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or Advertising
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
