Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring all IT systems run smoothly. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, offer support services, and help implement best practices to enhance system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Assist with network setup and maintenance.
  • Train users on software and hardware use.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or equivalent in IT or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
