Job Description

As a Pilot Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of pilots. You will ensure that all flight operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with aviation regulations. Your strong leadership skills and aviation knowledge will be essential in maintaining our high standards for performance and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding pilot operations.
  • Develop a culture of safety and excellence among pilot teams.
  • Implement measures to enhance operational efficiency and pilot performance.
  • Collaborate with safety officers to conduct safety drills and training.
  • Ensure all pilots have up-to-date certifications and skills.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current aviation regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Present reports on team performance to the senior management regularly.
  • Manage the recruitment process for new pilots as required.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 7+ years of aviation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
