Job Description

As our Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological care to individuals in need. Your role will encompass assessments and therapeutic interventions, aimed at supporting clients on their journey toward mental wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using psychological tests.
  • Create and monitor individualized care plans.
  • Provide targeted therapeutic interventions to address client needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to support client treatment.
  • Educate clients and families regarding mental health issues and treatments.
  • Document treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Engage in peer reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in community mental health initiatives.
  • Assist in training and mentorship of junior staff.
  • Promote mental health awareness and stigma reduction.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
