We are seeking a passionate and experienced Aesthetician to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you will provide a range of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and body treatments, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aesthetic procedures, skincare products, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized treatment plans for clients based on their skin type and concerns.
• Engage in promotional activities to attract new clientele.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally and with care.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.
• Document all client interactions and treatments accurately.
• Participate in local beauty events to represent the spa.

Advantageous

• Experience with lasers and advanced facial treatments: Hands-on experience with laser treatments and advanced skincare procedures.
• Ability to create bespoke skincare plans: Skill in developing customized skincare plans based on individual client needs.
