Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Curriculum Developer to design curricula that engages students and promotes academic success. You will collaborate with teachers and educational experts to ensure that our materials are not only effective but also inclusive and reflective of best practices in education.

Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum guides.
• Review and select appropriate resources to support curriculum objectives.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Provide ongoing support to teachers in implementing the curriculum.
• Analyze student data to inform curriculum improvements.
• Lead focus groups with educators and stakeholders to gather input on curriculum needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related discipline
• Postgraduate Qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role with direct experience in educational programme development.
