UI/UX Designer

Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at Design Innovations, you will have the opportunity to shape the design of our innovative applications and web solutions. Your role will involve understanding users’ needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers to implement your designs in a responsive and engaging manner.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality design materials for web and mobile applications.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency in all digital products.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference and training.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in web and mobile UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS
• User Research Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Team player

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
• Interaction Design Foundation Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of accessibility standards: Knowledge of WCAG and how to implement accessible designs.
• Experience with design thinking methodologies: Hands-on experience in applying design thinking approaches to problem-solving.
