Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about troubleshooting and technical assistance. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will manage a diverse range of technical issues. Your expertise in customer service and problem-solving will be invaluable in delivering excellent support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming support requests in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and prioritize support tickets based on urgency and impact.
  • Engage with clients to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product improvement.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Document all steps taken during support interactions.
  • Provide assistance in management software usages.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to nurture loyalty.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
