Responsibilities

• Offer counselling and guidance to individuals facing challenges.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in various settings.
• Document all interactions and monitor client progress.
• Engage in regular training and workshops to enhance skills.
• Lead community outreach initiatives to raise awareness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex cases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in social work or community services

Technical Skills

• Counselling
• Case Management

Certifications

• Registered Social Worker (RSW)
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
