Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our stock management processes at our Pretoria location. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and improving operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize inventory management strategies.
• Handle discrepancies in inventory stock levels promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding inventory needs.
• Utilize inventory management software for stock tracking and data entry.
• Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams to streamline processes.
• Assist in the development of inventory budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify trends.
• Prepare for and manage quarterly and annual inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions.
• Ensure that inventory storage areas are clean and well-organized.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Certifications in inventory management are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management and logistics

Languages
