We are seeking a motivated Language Training Consultant to design and deliver customized language training programs in Durban. The ideal candidate will foster an engaging learning atmosphere, helping individuals enhance their language proficiency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized learning plans based on initial assessments.
• Conduct engaging training sessions across various modalities.
• Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and implement improvements.
• Provide actionable feedback to learners to facilitate growth.
• Engage in continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by engaging in team activities.
• Promote language learning within the community through events and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Linguistics is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of teaching experience in language instruction
