Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst with a strong understanding of financial markets to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will provide analytical support and assist in the execution of investment banking transactions, helping to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze market conditions to guide investment strategies.
• Create detailed financial models for mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven analysis.
• Support the preparation of investment proposals for clients.
• Engage in strategic discussions to enhance client advisory services.
• Track and report on relevant financial metrics over various projects.
• Facilitate communication across various stakeholders in transaction processes.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare for investment closing.

Requirements

Education

• MBA or Master's in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including client interaction

Languages

• English: Fluent
