Seeking a creative Architect to lead project design initiatives. You will collaborate with a team dedicated to pushing architectural boundaries while ensuring all projects meet compliance and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Review and approve final plans and documents for building permits.
• Design spaces that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements.
• Assess building sites and layout adjustments based on conditions.
• Advise on interior design aspects relevant to client needs.
• Utilize 3D modeling tools to present design concepts.
• Foster relationships with clients for future business opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Additional certifications related to sustainable design are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the architecture industry
