UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience across various platforms. You will collaborate with UX researchers and developers to transform ideas into aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and create user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers and developers to implement design concepts.
• Research new design trends to enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and style guides.
• Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Ensure designs are responsive and work on a variety of devices.
• Maintain consistency in design across all platforms.
• Use design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Prepare assets for development, including graphics and icons.
• Support the development team with design modifications and adjustments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design or relevant field
• Professional design certification is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
