Job Description

We are seeking a competent Bookkeeper to manage our company's financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software, possess a strong understanding of financial principles, and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Track accounts payable and receivable.
  • Generate and send out invoicing for client services.
  • Provide assistance in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Prepare year-end tax documents and work with external accountants.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Assist in implementing best practices for financial management.
  • Collaborate with team to procure necessary financial supplies.
  • Offer recommendations for cost-reduction strategies.
  • Work closely with management to understand business financial needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Technical Skills
  • Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Microsoft Excel
