Responsibilities

• Facilitate group dynamics to ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Assess the ability and fitness levels of guests to tailor activities accordingly.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust plans to ensure safety.
• Coordinate with local authorities and support services as needed.
• Promote conservation and environmental awareness in all activities.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to program development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Sports Science, or related field
• Outdoor leadership certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in outdoor education or adventure guiding
