You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing excellent support to our clients, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular system maintenance and checks.
• Update knowledge base articles and user documentation.
• Provide feedback on system performance and user experience.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs.
• Ensure compliance with IT security protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Hardware Troubleshooting

Certifications

• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• ITIL Certification: Knowledge of ITIL best practices for IT service management.
• Scripting experience: Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
