Job Description

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Cybersecurity Scrum Master who will be pivotal in driving our Agile teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex cybersecurity projects, employing best practices and innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring that the team is aligned on goals.
• Support the development team in effectively implementing Scrum practices.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Identify and facilitate resolutions for conflicts or impediments that may arise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Scrum Master certification is required.

Experience

• 5+ years in cybersecurity and project management roles.

Technical Skills

• Security Risk Management

Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Languages
