Job Description

As the Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products. You will lead development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions while fostering an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development team in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in software development
