Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic Durban team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that all project goals are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective stakeholder communication to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution to achieve specific objectives.
  • Create detailed project scope and define deliverables.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather project requirements.
  • Track project performance and ensure milestones are met.
  • Engage stakeholders by providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
  • Implement and manage change control processes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets.
  • Lead project team meetings to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Deliver final project reports and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leading projects in a corporate environment
