The Gas Plant Specialist will oversee the operations and maintenance of gas plants. This role demands a strong grasp of plant operations, combined with experience in the gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operational efficiency of the gas plant.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct performance assessments and propose enhancements.
• Engage in staff training sessions and continuous development.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management.
• Support in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Manage the scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with environmental teams to ensure compliance.
• Develop strategies for waste reduction and resource optimization.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in gas plant operations and project management experience.
