Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of stamping machines for shoe production.
• Monitor production runs and make necessary adjustments to machinery.
• Conduct quality inspections to identify and resolve defects.
• Ensure all safety measures are in place and followed during operations.
• Maintain a log of production metrics and machine performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and servicing of machines.
• Assist in training junior operators on machine handling and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Technical diploma/certificate in mechanical engineering or related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of operating experience with stamping machines.

Technical Skills

Languages
