Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective merchandising and product placement on the website.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate e-commerce performance.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and stock management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Google Analytics Expert in utilizing Google Analytics for tracking and optimizing website performance.
  • SEO Advanced knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • E-commerce Platforms Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Analytical Thinking Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership Proven leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Digital Marketing Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles: Understanding of user experience and interface design best practices.
  • Experience with data visualization tools: Proficient in using data visualization software to present insights.
