Job Description

As an Architect at Design Masters Inc., you will be instrumental in designing exceptional buildings that not only serve the functional needs of clients but also contribute positively to the urban landscape. Your role will involve conceptualizing designs, preparing presentations, and participating in project meetings while supervising construction processes to ensure that the vision is realized accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings with clients to articulate design concepts.
• Create 3D models and visualizations to present designs.
• Review project specifications to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical designs.
• Adapt designs based on client feedback while maintaining project integrity.
• Support project management in planning and coordinating schedules.
• Invoice clients and manage project budgets effectively.
• Participate in site visits to ensure design integrity on-site.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects.
• Document project decisions and maintain accurate project records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in the architecture sector with a strong design portfolio
