Job Description

We're on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support to our staff and clients, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently. This role requires a mix of problem-solving skills and technical knowledge, with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Monitor system performance and security.
  • Assist with backup and disaster recovery operations.
  • Conduct research on new technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports on IT service performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients and staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
