Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance existing risk management processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions on risk assessments.
• Design risk management frameworks tailored to various departments.
• Provide analytical support to senior management regarding risk exposures.
• Perform regular reviews of risk management policies.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in risk assessments.
• Coordinate responses to internal and external audit findings.
• Manage communication related to risk issues and initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging risks.
• Collaborate with external consultants when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance risk assessment

Certifications

• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
