Church Supervisor

Job Description

As the Church Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the church, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure the smooth running of all events and activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership within a religious setting and a passion for community service.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of church operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff and volunteers to improve service delivery.
• Cultivate relationships with community groups and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate church activities for improvement.
• Manage conflict resolution among staff, volunteers, and congregants.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in fundraising efforts and community outreach programs.
• Support spiritual programs and activities that enhance congregational growth.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or Non-profit Management preferred.
• Ordination or certification in a religious organization, if required to lead worship services.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a non-profit or religious organization.
