Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Nelspruit. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation schedules and routes to optimize delivery times.
• Provide customer service support concerning delivery inquiries.
• Maintain relationships with freight partners and vendors.
• Support the implementation of new logistics software and tools.
• Develop and execute contingency plans for unexpected disruptions.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• A Master's degree is preferred but not required

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
