Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager at Top Eats, you will play a crucial role in shaping our dining experience. You will lead the team in service excellence, manage budgets, and implement marketing strategies to enhance our presence in Bloemfontein. Responsibilities

  • Supervise all front and back of house operations.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into restaurant practices.
  • Manage team scheduling and payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items.
  • Conduct performance reviews for team members.
  • Engage with guests to promote a positive dining experience.
  • Monitor compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local suppliers.
  • Plan and execute events and promotions to increase restaurant visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or Culinary Arts is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership role
