Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from initial concept through execution.
• Engage with clients to establish project requirements and expectations.
• Perform detailed site analysis and management.
• Coordinate with local authorities and ensure compliance with zoning and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed architectural documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Postgraduate diploma in Urban Planning is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably with project management experience

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D rendering software: Experience in realistic visualization and rendering of architectural designs using tools such as Lumion or V-Ray.
• Familiarity with sustainable architectural practices: Understanding of energy-efficient designs and green building standards.
