Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze departmental budgets and provide recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of annual audits.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for financial reporting.
• Continuously improve financial processes and reporting quality.
• Provide financial training and support to staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a financial analyst role

• Excel Advanced

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 or higher
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
