We're on the lookout for a talented IT Support Technician to bolster our team in Durban. The successful candidate will have a solid background in hardware and software support, troubleshooting, and user assistance. Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt tech support via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage IT documentation and user manuals.
  • Help identify and implement improvements to IT processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of IT resources.
  • Perform system backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with users to determine and address their needs.
  • Assist in the deployment of new technologies across the company.
  • Maintain a positive user experience during IT troubleshooting.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in IT Support or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred

  • 3+ years in technical support roles
