We are seeking a First-Line Supervisor to oversee tactical operations in our Cybersecurity division. The ideal candidate will lead a team in analyzing network data and implementing robust strategies to mitigate security threats.
Responsibilities
Lead tactical operations team in assessing and mitigating security risks.
Establish and enforce security protocols and best practices.
Conduct regular audits of network security measures.
Identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Support incident response efforts and investigations.
Coordinate with external partners on security initiatives.
Facilitate training sessions for IT staff and management.
Create and manage crisis response plans.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
5-7 years of experience in a supervisory or senior role within the IT security domain
